Cyber Security Course in Ahmedabad
We teach Cisco CyberOps (200-201 CBROPS) in Ahmedabad — the defensive side of cyber security, also called blue team or SOC analyst work. We do not teach ethical hacking or penetration testing, and we will say so plainly rather than sell you something we do not do. If offence is what you want, we are the wrong institute — and we will tell you that on the phone.
Defence vs offence — pick the right door
"Cyber security" is two different careers, and most institutes blur them because offence sells better. It should not be blurred:
| Blue team / SOC analyst (we teach this) | Red team / ethical hacking (we do not) | |
|---|---|---|
| What you do | Monitor, detect, investigate and respond to real attacks | Attempt to break in, to expose weaknesses |
| Certification | Cisco CyberOps 200-201 | CEH, OSCP |
| Day job | SOC analyst L1/L2, incident responder, security operations | Penetration tester, red teamer |
| Hiring volume | Far higher. Every bank, hospital and enterprise needs a SOC. Most have no pentest team at all. | Much smaller, and usually needs experience first |
| Entry level? | Yes — it is the standard way in | Rarely. Most pentesters were something else first |
The honest career advice: almost nobody starts as a penetration tester. Hollywood sells offence; the job market hires defence. SOC analyst is the door that is actually open to a fresher — and it is the door we teach.
What you learn
- Security monitoring — reading the alerts that matter and ignoring the thousands that do not
- SIEM — how security events are collected, correlated and investigated
- Threat detection & analysis — recognising an attack from its traces
- Incident response — what you actually do in the first hour, in what order
- Network intrusion analysis — reading packets and logs like evidence
- Security policies, forensics and the attacker's playbook (see the cyber kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK)

Why networking first is not upselling
You will hear us say this a lot, and it costs us money to say it: you cannot defend a network you do not understand.
A SOC analyst spends the day reading network traffic. If you cannot read a packet, recognise a three-way handshake, follow a route, or explain why that DNS request is suspicious, you cannot do the job — no matter what your certificate says.
That is why our strongest security students do CCNA first, then CyberOps. It is not an upsell: if you only have money for one, do CCNA. It is the foundation, and it is employable on its own.

Frequently asked questions
Do you teach ethical hacking in Ahmedabad?
No. We teach Cisco CyberOps — the defensive, blue-team, SOC-analyst side of cyber security. We do not teach ethical hacking or penetration testing, and we will tell you so rather than sell you something we do not do.
What is the best cyber security course for a fresher in Ahmedabad?
For most freshers, a SOC-analyst path such as Cisco CyberOps (200-201) is the realistic entry point. Hiring volume for defensive roles is far higher than for penetration testing, which usually requires prior experience.
Should I do CCNA before a cyber security course?
Ideally yes. A SOC analyst reads network traffic all day — you cannot defend a network you cannot read. If you can only afford one course, do CCNA first: it is the foundation and it is employable on its own.
What is the cyber security course fee in Ahmedabad?
Call 97122 00004 for the current CyberOps fee. Our other fees are published openly: CCNA ₹21,000, CCNP ₹50,000, CCIE ₹80,000, with interest-free installments.
What jobs can I get after Cisco CyberOps?
SOC Analyst (L1/L2), security operations, incident response and threat monitoring roles. Every bank, hospital and large enterprise runs a security operations centre, so hiring volume is high.
