Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Attila Technologies collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). In short: we collect only what we need, we ask before we email you, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
What we collect
We collect personal data in exactly two situations, and nothing else.
1. When you enquire or book a demo. We collect your name, phone number and, optionally, the course you are interested in and any message you write. We need this to contact you about your enquiry — that is the entire purpose.
2. When you subscribe to our newsletter or request a free download. We collect your email address and, optionally, your name. We also record the date, your IP address and browser, and the exact consent wording you agreed to — this is how we prove your consent was validly obtained, as the DPDP Act requires.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people find us. This is aggregate traffic data, not something we use to identify you personally.
We do not collect payment data on this website, we do not ask for identity documents online, and we do not run advertising trackers.
Why we use it, and for how long
We use your data only for the purpose you gave it to us for:
- Enquiry data — to reply to you, arrange a demo class, and answer questions about courses. We do not add enquiry contacts to our newsletter unless you separately opt in.
- Newsletter and download data — to email you the material you asked for, and to send occasional networking tutorials, CCNA study material and course updates.
- Analytics — to see which articles are useful so we can write better ones.
Retention. We keep enquiry records for up to 3 years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, plus a short record of the unsubscribe itself so we do not accidentally email you again. When data is no longer needed for its purpose, we delete it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your data is processed by a small number of service providers who act on our instructions:
- Hostinger — our website and email hosting provider, where the data is stored.
- Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.
- Our email delivery provider — to send the emails you have subscribed to.
We may also disclose data if we are legally required to do so by a court or a lawful government request. That is the only other circumstance.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you real, enforceable rights over your data. You have the right to:
- Access — ask us what personal data we hold about you, and what we have done with it.
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing we already lawfully did, but it stops us going further.
- Grievance redressal — complain to us and receive a response.
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@attilatechnologies.in or call 97122 00004. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not charge you for it.
If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from the list immediately — you do not have to email us, explain yourself, or log in to anything.
You can also unsubscribe directly on our unsubscribe page, or simply reply to any of our emails asking to be removed, and we will do it.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect any enquiry you have made about a course — if you have asked us to call you about CCNA, we will still call you about CCNA.
Security and children
Security. Our website is served over HTTPS. Data is stored in a database that is not publicly reachable, and access is restricted. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. We apply a content security policy and standard security headers. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and we fix problems when we find them.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability on our site, please tell us at info@attilatechnologies.in. We will not take legal action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.
Children. Under the DPDP Act, processing the data of a child (under 18) requires verifiable parental consent. Our courses are aimed at students and working professionals. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf rather than submitting your own details. If we learn we have collected a child's data without proper consent, we will delete it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. It is processed only by our hosting and email providers, acting on our instructions.
How do I unsubscribe?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or use our unsubscribe page. It takes effect immediately and you do not need to give a reason.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email info@attilatechnologies.in or call 97122 00004 and ask. Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to erasure, and we will delete your data unless we are legally required to retain it.
Can I withdraw my consent after giving it?
Yes, at any time, and it must be as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Withdrawing consent stops any further processing, though it does not undo processing already lawfully carried out.
Do you use cookies for advertising?
No. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people find the site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
